Beyderwellen submitted a skills assessment application to the Trades Recognitions Australia (TRA) for skills recognition in the occupation of 'Picture Framer' which the TRA favourably decided on 10 July 2001. Beyderwellen then applied for and submitted the 136 'Points Test' visa to the Australian High Commission (UK) - when such applications were filed outside Australia. This application included aspects of poof of employment and child dependency. Submissions were accepted and permanent visas approved.
